Towergate Insurance – TISQM
The Challenge:
Towergate Insurance is one of the UK’s largest insurance intermediaries. They gave ECS the challenge of enhancing their existing auditing system, by introducing a brand-new auditing method – all within an extremely tight time-frame of 4 weeks, which even their internal IT team did not believe was possible.
The Solution:
ECS worked closely with senior users, technical staff and IT support staff to gain a rapid understanding of the existing legacy systems, auditing processes and the new requirements. In just 4 weeks ECS developed, tested and rolled out a controlled modification of the system.
